Only the winning clan should sumbit scores and a writeup. Talk to the other clan after the match and make sure you agree on the final results.

Remember to enter your clan password before submitting the form!

If the other clan didn't show up or forfeitted, enter 1 as your score and 0 for theirs and provide extra information about the situation in the Writeup section
